Pharmacometrics Team Lead to strengthen the Quantitative Clinical Pharmacology group, based at our research sites in Slough, United Kingdom; Monheim, Germany; or Braine-l’Alleud, Belgium. This role requires experience applying pharmacometrics to pediatric drug development, neurology, and immunology, and offers the opportunity to lead and mentor junior staff while growing the team’s capabilities. You will lead the pharmacometrics strategy to support asset development, extrapolation where appropriate, dose selection, trial design, PIP development and ongoing data evaluation. You will perform hands-on population PK/PD analyses, exposure–response modeling, and clinical trial simulations on assigned projects, and develop submission-ready pharmacometrics analysis plans and reports. You will initiate and oversee outsourced pharmacometrics activities and, as needed, internalize the work. A working knowledge of global regulatory pathways and opportunities for collaboration with health authorities in pediatrics, neurology and immunology is required. We promote a hybrid-first approach, with ~40% of time in the office, and we encourage the MID3 initiative internally and externally. About us: UCB is a global biopharmaceutical company focusing on neurology and immunology, with around 9,000 employees worldwide. We value collaboration, innovation and patient-centered solutions, and offer a hybrid work model to support our people.
