Overview: Var Group is seeking a Partner & Industry Marketing Manager to develop and scale the strategic marketing partnership with Siemens Digital Industries Software and to drive growth within our Var Industries unit.

Responsibilities

Develop and continuously advance the Siemens Digital Industries Software marketing partnership to become a key growth driver.
Co-create joint marketing initiatives, campaigns, and go-to-market activities for PLM, PDM, MCAD, ECAD, and Simulation solutions.
Identify new co-marketing opportunities, joint market potential, and growth initiatives and support their execution.
Monitor market, technology, and industry trends in industrial digitalization and translate findings into relevant topics for marketing, sales, and management.
Develop target-audience-specific value propositions for various industries and decision-makers from engineering to management.
Plan topics campaigns and support creation of content such as success stories, whitepapers, references, webinars, technical talks, and social media content.
Ensure positioning is consistent and compelling across all channels in collaboration with Siemens.
Support demand generation and growth marketing with industry-specific topics and campaigns.
Work closely with Event Marketing to develop content for trade shows, partner events, customer events, and industry conferences.
Provide transparency about marketing programs, MDF budgets, campaigns, and available resourc
