As an Electrical Outside Sales Account Manager, you will actively promote DSG products and services to contractors and industrial accounts and ensure customer satisfaction to maintain and build strong business relationships with customers, partners, and communities.

A Typical Day in the Life includes: - Travel up to 125 miles from the branch to establish, manage, and maintain strong customer relationships and accounts by providing stellar service - Collaborate with Inside Sales Associates to identify opportunities and implement initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and territory growth - Seek and develop new customer opportunities and accounts - Introduce, promote, and demonstrate new products and marketing programs - Coordinate with Branch Manager and Purchasing Agents on changes in product demands - Facilitate the customer ordering process, including processing orders, correcting orders, responding to inquiries, processing returns, and suggesting improvements to the order process

A Successful Electrical Outside Sales Account Manager typically has: - A high school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary degree preferred - A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record - Product and technical knowledge normally acquired in two or more years of college or technical school OR 3-5 years of field experience in the residential/commercial applications of electrical products - Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of successful territory developmen
