Operational Account Manager based in Portsmouth, United Kingdom (hybrid). You will manage the operational relationship for a portfolio of key corporate accounts, working with all KINTO teams to identify opportunities for efficiencies and address fleet-wide operational challenges. This role sits within an office-based team that supports customers in managing fleet-wide operational challenges, ensuring alignment with customer needs, policies and approach.

Key responsibilities: - Build strong, multi-level relationships with clients; deliver an exceptional customer experience; handle escalated queries and manage client expectations to achieve high satisfaction. - Drive continuous improvement by reviewing client processes, identifying enhancements, and enabling cross-functional change with internal teams. - Lead operational review meetings to discuss activity, trends and challenges; ensure we meet customers' needs and deliver value. - Create, manage and present Operational Account Plans focused on current and future activity that adds value for customers. - Review and analyse data, SLAs and KPIs; manage customer reporting requirements and ensure fit for purpose. - Understand customer policies and contract requirements; ensure we are aligned with their priorities. - Provide strategic support by collaborating with the Strategic Account Management team to guide customers on industry factors and broader considerations.
