This role focuses on data collection, standardization and analysis using SQL, Power BI and other analytical tools. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining regular channel reports (monthly sales by category, new titles, KPI trends), preparing clear business reviews to support decision-making, identifying growth opportunities and process improvements through data analysis, and supporting order tracking and inventory monitoring. You will monitor key logistics KPIs (order confirmations, delivery times, stockouts), liaise with Logistics to analyze chargebacks, and improve data flows and inter-team processes to boost channel efficiency. You will act as a bridge between Online and the Analytics Office to prioritize data projects, automate reporting processes and enhance analytical tools, and develop and implement new reports or analytics tools. You will maintain dashboards and documentation to ensure long-term reliability and usefulness.
