ECI, a leading global managed services provider for the alternative investment and financial services industry, is seeking a Network Implementation Team Lead to head the group responsible for deploying, configuring, and handing off enterprise network solutions across our multi-client base. This role requires technical depth and the ability to command respect from senior engineers while managing delivery timelines, client expectations, and team performance. The ideal candidate has strong networking roots and has grown into a people-management role, understanding the difference between being the best engineer and building the best team. Key responsibilities: Directly manage a team of Network Implementation Engineers through the project delivery lifecycle; establish performance expectations, conduct regular 1:1s, and own development plans. Foster a culture of execution discipline, ticket hygiene, change management, documentation quality, and rigorous close-out. Identify skill gaps and design training and certification pathways aligned to ECI’s service portfolio. Manage performance; participate in hiring decisions, including technical assessments. Own end-to-end delivery of network implementation projects including onboarding new clients, infrastructure refreshes, office builds, and migrations. Set standards for intake, scoping, scheduling, and resource allocation; maintain visibility across workstreams and resolve blockers before they escalate.
