Qualifications:

Deliver and maintain the business plan to achieve sales goals for the assigned brands.
Champion the categories and brands on a national level, collaborating with Marketing to develop brand execution strategies that drive top- and bottom-line growth and provide market insights.
Set and allocate sales targets and trade budgets for the brands at macro and customer levels.
Manage strategic planning for the assigned brands as the liaison to the Retail organization, including VPs, field sales directors, customer business managers, sales team members, revenue growth management, brand analytics, and field sales strategy.
Partner with sales to align brand and customer strategy and support customer negotiations.
Manage brand trade resources and investments to drive profitable growth.
Provide forecasts for volume, net sales, trade, and gross margin; participate in IBP processes including S&Os, DCRs, and MBRs; forecast 18-month volume and identify risks and opportunities to deliver the plan.
Create field-ready, insights-driven sales solutions to enable field teams to grow brand and category performance.
Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 4+ years in Sales/Marketing/Sales S
