About the role
Flo, the world’s health and fitness app, is seeking a freelance Motion Designer to join our creative marketing team. This hybrid role is based in Warsaw, Poland, with in-office days (3 days per week).
Responsibilities
Key results: Qualifications:
- Create engaging animated content and edit thumb-stopping UGC videos to support Flo’s marketing campaigns across paid user acquisition channels.
- Collaborate with the UA team to deliver high-quality motion assets aligned with fast-changing priorities.
- Adapt designs and produce rapid iterations for spontaneous creative requests; address localization for different global markets.
- Produce static ads and thumbnails as needed.
- Experiment with generative AI tools to explore new video concepts and improve workflow efficiency.
- Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual content.
- Deliver compelling motion graphics that communicate app features and user benefits.
- Develop animation concepts using brand characters, app UI, typography, illustration, and look & feel; storyboard concepts in Figma.
- Communicate with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- Deliver high-quality motion graphics and videos that meet deadlines and support UA goals.
- Improve campaign engagement and performance through effective motion storytelling.
- Integrate AI tools into workflows to elevate creative output.
- 3+ years of experience in motion design with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and other motion design software; Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Proficiency in Figma or similar.
