This role is based in London with a hybrid working arrangement (2 days in our Shad Thames office). Responsibilities include planning and buying media across digital channels—including content syndication, display, programmatic, paid social and paid search—managing the full campaign lifecycle from brief interrogation and planning to launch, in-flight management and wrap-up. You will manage client budgets and media finances with accuracy, flag risks proactively, and demonstrate excellent communication across all channels. You will also mentor junior team members and collaborate with internal specialists and media partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.

What You’ll Bring

- 2+ years of experience in a paid media role at an agency or client-side, with solid hands-on experience in digital campaign planning and execution (B2B experience preferred) - Comfortable working across core B2B media channels including content syndication, display, programmatic, paid social, paid search, and out of home - Confident adopter of AI tools for campaign efficiency—using AI to support reporting, audience research, briefing documents and performance
