Our platform automates time entry from start to finish while providing firm leaders with structured data to improve billing, pricing, staffing, and performance. We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our events, marketing newsletter, product launches, and presence across software and integration marketplaces. This is an individual-contributor role that combines strong project management with sound marketing judgment and requires coordination with Growth, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and external partners. You will bring structure to multiple workstreams, drive projects forward, and connect marketing activity to measurable commercial outcomes. Responsibilities include: Events and Field Marketing – build and manage the event calendar and budget for conferences, dinners, webinars, and partner programs; evaluate opportunities by target-account concentration, partnership value, and pipeline impact; manage planning, sponsorships, invitations, logistics, and on-site execution; coordinate pre/post-event outreach with Sales and Partnerships; measure meetings, engaged target accounts, opportunities, and influenced pipeline. Marketing Newsletter – own the newsletter calendar, production, distribution, and performance with Customer Success; collaborate with Content Lead for editorial content, SEO and customer stories; ensure the newsletter covers product news, customer stories, partnerships, events, and industry insights; grow and segment the subscriber base; test formats, subject lines, and calls to action; measur
