JobMatcherRapid Roofing is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead local marketing, brand awareness, and lead-generation initiatives across Southeast Michigan. You will own an established marketing program, enhance existing campaigns, and introduce new initiatives that deliver measurable business results. Rapid Roofing is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead local marketing, brand awareness, and lead-generation initiatives across Southeast Michigan. You will own an established marketing program, enhance existing campaigns, and introduce new initiatives that deliver measurable business results. You will work directly with company leadership with the autonomy to plan campaigns, create content, coordinate with agencies and vendor partners, analyze performance, and strengthen Rapid Roofing's presence in the communities we serve.
What You Will Own - Lead Generation and Campaign Performance: plan and manage the monthly marketing calendar; execute promotions and lead-generation campaigns; coordinate Google Ads, Local Services Ads, paid social, direct mail, streaming media, lead aggregators, and other channels; track lead sources, cost per lead, conversion performance, marketing ROI, and overall campaign effectiveness; provide weekly and monthly performance reports; recommend data-driven changes. - Brand, Social Media and Content: manage Rapid Roofing's presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile; capture photos and videos from completed projects, company events, employees, and community activities; create graphics, advertisements, flyers, social content, and marketing collateral using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools; maintain a consistent and professional brand across every customer-facing channel; help generate customer reviews, referrals, and useful homeowner content. - Community Marketing and Events: coordinate home
