You will own and elevate global HR operations, delivering proactive, high-quality HR services that run consistently across regions and enable HR Business Partners to focus on partnering with the business. What you will do - Own the HR services and operations landscape globally, ensuring proactive delivery to a consistent quality standard within agreed SLAs - Lead, develop and set priorities for a team of 2 HR Generalists - Set and enforce SLAs and quality standards; ensure work is right first time - Own end-to-end HR processes (engagement surveys, onboarding/offboarding, contracts and documentation creation, and more) - Act as the single point of accountability for HR operational delivery and the first point of contact for managers on operational matters - Handle data and reporting requests, and ensure data integrity across HR systems - Drive process improvements and automation, leveraging AI where it adds value - Design and roll out globally consistent ways of working across regions, with local variation only where law requires
