You will serve as a senior technical contributor and development lead, designing, modernizing, securing, and sustaining enterprise applications that support government operations. Working with software engineers, cloud and DevSecOps professionals, systems engineers, and UX specialists, you will modernize legacy systems, automate business processes, and deliver innovative solutions to improve efficiency and user experience. Responsibilities include leading a small development team, translating customer needs into clear technical requirements, engaging with stakeholders to build alignment, and delivering end-to-end features across the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js). You will develop responsive web interfaces, integrate backend services via RESTful APIs, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Git/GitLab, Docker, and Linux. The role requires hands-on experience with JavaScript, Angular 2+, Angular 12, and a strong command of Agile software practices. Qualifications include TS/SCI with Polygraph, 12 years of software development experience, and a BS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent). The position expects core hours Monday–Friday 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Salary is estimated between $200,000 and $265,000 USD annually, commensurate with experience and contract requirements.
