Overview: Lions International is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Architect to provide leadership in applying, experimenting with, and scaling artificial intelligence capabilities across the organization and with Lions leaders. This player-coach will develop and implement AI-enabled solutions, mentor colleagues, and help set the strategic direction for responsible and cost-effective AI use.

What You’ll Do: Partner across divisions to shape and operationalize Lions’ AI strategy through hands-on experimentation and delivery; collaborate with Marketing and other teams to enable responsible, business-led AI experimentation and adoption. Develop standards and educate Lions members in appropriate use of AI, protecting branding, reputation, and privacy. Design, build, and pilot applied AI solutions, including generative AI assistants, RAG-based chat agents, and intelligent automation. Provide hands-on leadership in the design, development, experimentation, and scaling of AI-enabled solutions across the organization. Evaluate business needs and determine the most appropriate solution approach, including AI, automation, or non-AI solutions; work with business and technology teams to frame problems appropriately.
