About the role
Overview: This position is located in Hamburg, Germany, and focuses on revenue and business development in E-Commerce, Omnichannel, and Selective Retail. You will manage and grow customer relationships with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and business growth.
Responsibilities
What we expect:
- Own revenue growth and business development in E-Commerce, Omnichannel, and Selective Retail.
- Manage and evolve customer relationships with a focus on operational excellence and commercial growth.
- Drive digital activations, promotions, and marketing activities, including landing page and content management.
- Support and expand the outlet business, including events, activations and local marketing activities.
- Monitor business performance and identify growth and optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure excellent execution.
- Regularly visit customers and markets and conduct activations (approximately 2-3 travel days per week).
- Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, E-Commerce, International Business, or a comparable field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce, Omnichannel, Key Account Management or related roles.
- Experience in steering and implementing digital marketing activities and e-commerce projects.
- Strong customer orientation and excellent relationship and project management skills with a hands-on mentality.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and very good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
