Konecranes is seeking a proactive Junior Scrum Master to join an international Agile team on a digital transformation project. You will help implement a modern Headless CMS platform, facilitate Daily Scrums and other Scrum ceremonies, support communication between internal teams and external partners, monitor progress, and assist users with basic platform-related questions. The role involves collaboration across countries and travel within Europe. This is a full-time fixed-term position until the end of 2026, with a potential continuation. Start in August or September 2026. You will be employed by Biisoni and work on assignment at Konecranes. The role follows a hybrid working model with occasional visits to the Hyvinkää office about every one to two weeks. Ideal candidates have some Scrum, project coordination, IT support, or Agile experience; familiarity with Jira and Confluence is beneficial, and strong spoken/written English is required.
