About the role
D.R. Horton, Inc. is seeking a Junior Sales Representative for an on-site role in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As the right candidate, you will be in training to manage the entire sales process and communicate with customers from the initial interaction through close of escrow.

- Greet and qualify visitors; demonstrate models, homes, and communities.
- Overcome sales objections and close transactions.
- Document transactions and track loan options and construction progress.
- Respond to customer requests and maintain all sales and lot files.
- Monitor models and sales offices for disclosures, supplies, repairs, and other needs.
- Conduct business professionally to serve potential buyers and contribute to company profitability.
- Build rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards by executing applicable policies.
- Associate’s degree or 2 years of related experience.
- Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime.
- Ability to use DRH Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop; proficiency with MS Office and email.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Preferred: prior CRM software experience; prior sales experience; strong communication skills.
