RYZE Digital is seeking a Junior Performance Marketing Manager – SEA & Digital Campaigning to join our growing agency. In this role you will develop and execute performance marketing strategies with a focus on Search Engine Advertising (SEA) and adjacent areas such as SEO and GEO. You will plan, manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, and potentially Display/YouTube) for our business-to-business clients, and analyze campaign and website data to derive concrete optimization actions. You will ensure close alignment of Search, Paid Social and Content within holistic campaigns, support the development of cross-channel digital strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta), advise our clients and take responsibility for your own projects and campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams (Content, Creative, Tech) to implement integrated measures.

What you bring: A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field; several years of experience in SEA/Google Ads – ideally in an agency environment; proficiency with common tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio; a basic understanding of SEO and an interest in new topics such as Generative Engine Optimization (GEO); ideally some experience in Social Advertising (LinkedIn or Meta); strong analytical thinking and a good sense for target groups and performance relationships; enthusiasm to think beyond conventional boundaries and contribute to a broader digital marketing setup.
