QuiCare is seeking a Junior HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist for an internship to support the Human Resources department in talent acquisition and recruitment activities. Under the guidance of the Senior Human Resources Manager, you will assist with designing and planning HR initiatives related to project staffing, team development, and talent acquisition strategies; support the full recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, publishing postings, proactively sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and coordinating assessment steps; perform direct candidate searches, conduct fit analysis, and reach out to potential talented candidates; contribute to managing Talent Acquisition policies and best practices to attract top talent; assist in managing recruiting channels (CRM, LinkedIn, direct search, etc.); participate in defining and implementing Employer Branding policies. Requirements: Enrollment in a degree program related to human resources, business administration, psychology, or a related field. Strong interest in HR processes, project management, and team coordination. Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to interact with diverse teams and external partners. Fluent Italian (native) and English (minimum B2). Strong organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools is a plus. Flexible, capable of prioritizing workload, and motivated to operate in a young, dynamic, fast-growing environment. Please note this internship is for students; other contract types will not
