Independently handle new personnel requisitions and proactively reach out to potential candidates on relevant social media channels
Draft contracts and onboarding, and perform general administrative tasks
Coordinate with HR colleagues and managers on an ongoing basis
Support HR administration across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to departure
Requirements
Open and communicative personality
Commercial training or relevant studies (e.g., HAK, HLW, FH, Uni)
Ideally initial experience as Recruiter or in a similar role; career entrants welcome
Very good PC skills and MS Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Independent working style with initiative and a sense of responsibility
From €2,528.04 gross per month according to the KV Handwerk und Dienstleistung, with potential overpayment depending on experience and qualifications; plus an attractive bonus system and employee bonuses.
