You will own the strategic relationships with 5-8 third-party logistics providers and act as their advisor to help them scale, improve unit economics, and deliver high-quality service for Glovo’s marketplace in Spain. Responsibilities: • Own partner relationships: act as the main business partner for 3PL owners, conducting regular reviews to align growth with Glovo’s objectives. • Scale volume and efficiency: analyze fleet KPIs to maximize order volumes, remove bottlenecks, and improve partner profitability. • Drive tool adoption: onboard and promote Glovo tech, features, and processes to partners to optimize daily operations. • Manage contracts and SLAs: ensure contract execution, lead renegotiations, and guarantee high service levels. • Collaborate cross-functionally: work with Billing, Pricing, Legal, and Ops to resolve issues quickly and ensure a smooth partner experience. • Turn data into action: partner with Strategy & Data to launch local initiatives based on marketplace insights.
