About Bally’s Intralot: Bally’s Intralot is a newly formed company combining Intralot and Bally’s International Interactive, delivering leading lottery and iGaming solutions across digital markets, with a focus on sports betting and iLottery. You will join the Matchday team, responsible for building Online Sportsbook APIs that underpin the Bally Bet experience. The platform runs on AWS and leverages Java 17/21, Spring Boot 3.x, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, GraphQL and Kafka. You will work with the Sports UI, Platform and Data teams as well as third-party data providers to deliver scalable, reliable services.

What you’ll do: - Develop product features and capabilities for our APIs - Apply TDD and maintain well-documented code - Design customer-focused solutions and contribute to architectural decisions - Collaborate with the team to understand goals and deliver in an Agile environment - Pair program, review code, and ensure smooth delivery to production - Communicate progress and raise issues and risks early - Continuously improve tooling and processes

What we’re looking for: - Experience with Java, Spring Boot, relational databases and API design - Proficiency with Agile methodologies and modern engineering practices (TDD, pairing, automation, CD) - Familiarity with GraphQL, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS; knowledge of Splunk or Dynatrace is a plus
