KLARSTEIN is looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to serve inbound inquiries from Italian-speaking customers by phone and email (approximately 90% phone). You will advise customers on our product portfolio, assist with orders and returns, and perform first-level handling and routing of customer inquiries to the Back Office. You will manage consumer marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon, take responsibility for post-processing and documentation of customer interactions, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure a high-quality customer experience. The position can be based in Bratislava, Slovakia, with the option to work remotely from Slovakia. The gross monthly salary is 1,200 EUR, plus bonuses.
