Opticore IT is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support the analysis and discovery phase of a data centre migration/exit programme for a large insurance client. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and third parties to identify what operates in the data centre, map application and system ownership, and produce the discovery documentation underpinning the migration plan and scope-change justification. This is a hybrid role based in London, requiring approximately two days per week in Central London, on an initial 12-month contract, Inside IR35 with a possibility to extend. What you'll be doing: Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders and engineers; trace circuits, VPNs, and application dependencies across the data centre; maintain an application ownership register; feed findings into the Project Manager's planning and risk assessment.
