Responsibilities

Qualifications: Working environment:

Proactively engage new and existing customers to build relationships and expand market share
Hunt for new business through outbound calls and targeted outreach
Sell the Core 4 product categories: Insulation, Roofing, Gypsum (Drywall), and Siding
Develop and execute growth strategies to deepen relationships with key accounts
Use product knowledge and market insights to respond to competitive situations and negotiations
Serve as the primary contact for sales quotes, order processing, and order confirmations
Educate customers on market trends and changes to become a trusted advisor
Collaborate with the sales team to grow territory coverage
Prepare and submit weekly sales reports
Perform other duties as assigned
1 to 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record, including outbound calls
High school diploma or GED
Experience in the building products industry preferred
Up to 10% travel
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
This is an on-site position based in Dallas, Texas, United States
