About the role

Inside Sales Representative is an on-site role based in Indianapolis, Indiana, United States. You will work with customers to ensure products meet their applications and specifications while delivering best-in-class service and support. As part of the Inside and Online Sales Team, you will provide sales support to our Field Sales network, Integrated Systems customers, and our online/eCommerce initiatives by responding to inquiries and handling related duties promptly.

Travel: Up to 5% overnight travel (travel expenses paid by Toyota Automated Logistics). Required Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

Respond quickly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or completed website forms.
Provide professional, accurate quotes with product information, pricing, shipping specifications, and payment terms.
Process orders and follow up through the purchasing cycle.
Demonstrates effective use of business tools, Microsoft Office, Microsoft D365, and Microsoft CRM.
Maintain customer database information in Microsoft CRM.
Contribute to the maintenance of supplier information and product content.
Communicate strategic information regarding suppliers, customers and competition.
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Associate degree in Technology or Business (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Material Handling knowledge preferred.
0–2 years’ customer service experience preferred.
Strong communications skills (listening, written
