This on-site role focuses on providing exceptional service to families and selling cemetery property and pre-need funeral arrangements. As the primary contact, you will engage with families, understand their needs and cultural considerations, and present cemetery plots or columbarium niches. You will guide customers through selections, enter orders into the electronic contract system, and obtain signatures and required documents. You may drive a company vehicle to show available plots and discuss options, and you will follow up with families as arrangements progress. You will collaborate with funeral and cemetery teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience, and you will work with warm leads gathered from attending families and guests. You will maintain leads in Salesforce, monitor progress toward a 4-to-1 close rate, and participate in ongoing training to improve knowledge and presentations.
