RSC2, Inc. is seeking an Information Security Manager to lead information assurance (IA) and Certification and Accreditation (C&A) activities for DoD ISR aircraft and supporting systems. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing IA/C&A documentation, conducting system vulnerability assessments, planning and executing Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E), data reduction and analysis, and reporting residual risk to manage accreditation. The role guides SIPRNET and NSANet accreditation packages through the RMF process to achieve Authority To Operate (ATO) and monitors continuous monitoring across all systems. It requires coordination with program managers and agencies such as NSA, INSCOM, PEO IEW&S, and others, providing technical guidance on information security architecture and coordinating TSCIF actions across the PM-SAI portfolio. Additional duties include participating in technical interchange meetings, configuration control boards, and accreditation working groups; tracking cybersecurity requirements (IAVA, FISMA) through NSA and Army reporting systems; processing cybersecurity documentation via XACTA/eMASS to support accreditation; advising PM SAI on current cybersecurity requirements for fielded and prototype systems; supporting lab and development environment accreditations; and ensuring readiness for inspections.
