Canva is seeking an Influencer Marketing Manager for North America on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is based in San Francisco, United States, with a hybrid work arrangement. Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we have a hub in San Francisco that supports our US operations. You will manage influencer campaigns end-to-end in North America, track deliverables and approvals, resolve blockers, and keep activities aligned with the North America Influencer Strategy. You will own agency relationships, acting as the day-to-day contact for influencer agencies, set clear expectations, and review agency submissions (talent lists, content, reports). You will coordinate talent by assessing influencer recommendations for brand fit and managing creator deliverables and timelines. You will review content for brand alignment, accuracy, and quality, and provide clear feedback to agencies and creators in line with brand and legal guidelines. You will draft clear, creator-friendly briefs tied to campaign goals. You will coordinate cross-functionally with brand, social, product, and experiential teams, and keep stakeholders updated on status and timelines. You will track and report by gathering campaign performance data, helping to build post-campaign summaries, and maintaining trackers and documentation. You will handle operations such as contracts, ZIPs, and payments, and keep tools and assets organized. You should have strong organizational and operational skills, experience working with influencers, agencies, or creator marketing, the ability to manage multiple works
