Responsibilities include coordinating In-Service Support activities across multiple Destinus products, serving as the primary point of contact for technical and support issues during operation, and monitoring fleet performance and maintenance activities to identify reliability trends. You will collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement, collaborate with Engineering to investigate issues and implement corrective actions, and analyze reliability, maintainability, and availability metrics (MTBF, MTTR, Operational Availability). You will support root cause investigations, work with Logistics Support Analysis to assess maintenance concepts and supportability, coordinate with Technical Publications to ensure maintenance documentation reflects field feedback, and partner with Supply Support to address spare parts availability and logistics challenges. You will also work with Training teams to close knowledge gaps, support engineering changes and retrofit programs, assess the operational impact of configuration updates, and maintain accurate records of support activi
