Role: Junior HR Consultant / Recruiter in Frankfurt am Main, with hybrid work arrangements. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers in technical departments, advise on job descriptions and requirements, and ensure a smooth recruitment process with high candidate satisfaction. Responsibilities include direct candidate outreach via LinkedIn and other channels, organizing university and job fair events, expanding recruitment channels, and building an international network of cybersecurity professionals. You will publish job descriptions across social media, contribute ideas on Employer Branding, Well-Being, and Learning & Development, and support onboarding with welcome packages and HR introductions. Additional duties include setting up contract proposals, offer packages, and addressing questions during the offer stage, as well as daily HR administration and local office support.
