As a People Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our clinics by partnering with Area Managers and clinic leaders to translate business priorities into people solutions that drive performance, engagement and growth. This is a true HR Business Partner role, combining strategic thinking with hands-on support. You will work closely with Area Managers and clinic leaders to implement HR programmes, policies and best practices, and to use workforce data to inform decision-making. You will champion diversity, inclusion, and a positive employee experience across your region.

Roles and Responsibilities - Partner with Area Managers and clinic leaders to understand business priorities and develop effective people strategies. - Support talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. - Coach and develop managers to strengthen leadership and people management capabilities. - Advise on organizational design, change management, and business transformation initiatives. - Lead and support employee relations cases
