The role involves diagnosing and resolving issues for desktops, laptops, tablets, smartphones, printers, e-mail, and LAN/WAN access; configuring and provisioning hardware and software; and coordinating with outsourced IT consultants to resolve recurring problems. Responsibilities include supporting Microsoft 365, Microsoft Windows 10, Office applications, and related peripherals; documenting procedures; and providing user training as needed. The candidate will maintain hardware and software inventories and may assist with software installations and imaging.
