Advanced Radiology Consultants is seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst for an on-site role in Shelton, Connecticut. This position supports clinical and business operations by creating and maintaining SQL queries, reports, and dashboards to enable data-driven decision making in radiology services. Responsibilities include designing and maintaining ad-hoc and scheduled reports using MS SQL and SSRS, developing automated data pipelines, building data visualizations in Tableau/Tableau Next or similar tools, and collaborating with leaders across departments to plan, review, and present findings. You will document data requirements, monitor data quality, and provide Tier II support as needed. Qualifications include a four-year degree or equivalent experience and at least three years of T-SQL experience; experience with Dynamics, EHR/RIS/PACS, and BI tools is a plus. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available. Local candidates preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
