Job Summary: The Health Data Analyst provides analytical support across all departments, including analysis, pricing, capitation, network and provider-specific reporting. Responsibilities include creating and modifying beginner-to-intermediate level reports and programs, and updating existing reports. The analyst collaborates with key stakeholders to determine required outcomes and works with multiple databases to pull, integrate, and model data, performing statistical analyses. Key Responsibilities: Write, test, validate, analyze, and distribute reports; select appropriate tools and approaches to complete projects efficiently; collaborate with stakeholders and senior analysts; present findings and trends to stakeholders; perform concurrent ad-hoc analyses and deliver reports aligned with customer specifications; develop and automate beginner-to-intermediate level reports; maintain the departmental data warehouse and documentation; perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Ability to apply advanced mathematical and statistical techniques to health-related data; strong written and oral communication skills; fluency in English; successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check; proficient in Microsoft Office. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree required (fields such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science or other quantitative discipline preferred); experience with analytical software (SAS or SQL preferred); experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar software preferred; 1-2 years of related experience preferred.
