The role involves provisioning and maintaining runners, integrating the hardware test pipeline, coordinating with IT on infrastructure constraints, and delivering automation that powers rapid, customer-ready releases.
Responsibilities include standing up nightly CI for the unified GPU stack, owning the pipeline, scheduling, result reporting, and LKG promotion; solving the runner provisioning problem by working with IT to deploy self-hosted GitHub Actions runners that support firmware builds (NFS mounts, code-signing pipelines, network access, and permissions). You'll align infrastructure with the broader move toward AWS-hosted runners and ensure the platform remains consistent from the start.
You'll own the CI system, making tooling choices and delivering automation that others rely on; collaborate across engineering and IT stakeholders. Required: software or infrastructure engineering experience; strong coding ability to automate; deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions; experience provisioning self-hosted runners at scale; comfort navigating complex network/firewall/signing environments. Nice-to-have: experience with agentic AI workflows; AWS CI infrastructure; familiarity with firmware signing pipelines and hardware-in-the-loop testing. This posting is for an existing vacancy.
