Full Stack .NET Developer

For our business partner, a leading international healthcare and diagnostics services provider, we are seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Developer who thrives on technology, complexity, and real-world impact. You will join a mature internal software development organization with more than 15 years of experience, contributing to large-scale platforms that support clinics, hospitals, and laboratories across Europe. Hybrid work model: 1 day per week in the office, with flexibility.

What you'll be working on - Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using modern .NET (Core 8). - Modernize legacy applications (.NET 4.8) toward newer architectures. - Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Architects to shape technical solutions. - Take full ownership of features—from implementation through production support. - Investigate and resolve production issues with a clear understanding of business impact. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared engineering standards. - Proactively report progress and risks to the Team Lead and Product Owner. - Occasional travel abroad—a few days every three months.
