Floating Team Lead is responsible for providing excellent member service and accurate processing of financial transactions, resolving member issues, and identifying financial services that fit members' needs. This role provides supervisory duties and assists the branch manager with scheduling, coaching, and backup coverage. Responsibilities include delivering prompt, professional service; handling cash and negotiable instruments; opening new memberships (including IRAs, business accounts, fiduciary accounts, POA) and issuing debit cards; maintaining member account information; interviewing members for loan needs; balancing cash drawers; assisting with branch management and audits; building positive member and coworker relationships; ensuring compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, SAR, CTR; participating in meetings and training; maintaining professional appearance; and participating in community relations; fostering MCCU's IMPACT culture; performing other duties as assigned. The position is based on-site in Houston, United States.
