Flower, Sweden's energy tech company and industry leader in battery storage, is seeking a Financial Controller to join the Finance team. You will own the day-to-day accounting and month-end close for several legal entities, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, and contribute to financial reporting. The role involves VAT returns and collaboration with the Swedish Tax Agency, support for group reporting and consolidated statements, IFRS and local GAAP across entities, and involvement in acquisitions and other corporate transactions. You will help improve finance processes, internal controls, and our ERP system, and support the external audit process. You will report to the Head of Finance and work with colleagues across Finance. Requirements: a degree in Accounting/Finance, 2–4 years of relevant experience (Big Four or similar), strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting, interest in group reporting and IFRS, fluency in Swedish and English, and a collaborative, proactive mindset. Location: Our beautiful office is in Södermalm, Stockholm, Sweden. We encourage in-office collaboration but support a hybrid work model.
