Role overview The Finance Manager - Grants Management is responsible for managing DNDi’s grant and budgetary financial activities. This includes supporting proposal development, donor compliance and reporting, financial monitoring, and ensuring adherence to DNDi policies and applicable regulations throughout the grant lifecycle. The role also contributes to project budgeting and financial forecasting, and to the effective use of budgeting tools across the organization. You will support program teams in grant and project financial management, including budget preparation, monitoring, and coordination with external partners to ensure proper financial oversight and follow-up. Working in a collaborative, international environment, the finance function supports R&D and donor-funded projects while coordinating with colleagues across functions and countries to strengthen financial management, compliance, and continuous improvement.
