The role partners with Field Service leadership and cross-functional teams to manage and continuously improve strategic program initiatives across US Field Service. Key responsibilities include managing the Field Service fleet vehicle program (ordering, maintenance tracking, driver registrations, fuel cards, insurance, and reporting), overseeing calibrated tooling and general tooling programs (ensuring engineers have current tooling and maintaining inventory), and leading the field service training and mentorship program (scheduling training, enrolling new hires, and tracking progress). The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to influence without direct authority, analyze data to identify trends, and drive process improvements with measurable results. Qualifications include 5–8 years of experience in Field Service, Quality, Post-Market, or technical operations; a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Quality, or a related field; experience with data analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python/R); strong communication skills; and willingness to travel up to 25%. Additional requirements include the ability to obtain vendor credentialing for OR access and compliance with vaccination requirements.
