WSP USA is seeking a Senior Environmental Planner / Project Manager to lead regulatory compliance, siting, licensing, and permitting strategy for capital projects in New England. The position will be based in either Boston or Chelmsford, Massachusetts, and will involve preparing and submitting environmental permit applications and impact assessments under NEPA, FERC, and USACE Sections 401, 404, and 408, as well as working with the Massachusetts EFSB and DPU Siting Division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in New England and be a collaborative, proactive professional with strong communication and organizational skills.

Your impact: - Manage multiple projects at various stages and locations - Lead project teams for key clients - Lead business development efforts and proposal development - Develop strategy for public involvement programs; attend/open houses, public meetings, and hearings - Serve as a subject matter expert in siting and environmental permitting - Manage routing/siting studies, analyses, and reports - Work with multidisciplinary teams including planners, engineers, attorneys, and real estate experts - Mentor staff; support their growth - Uphold WSP Code of Conduct and adhere to policies and procedures - Perform additional responsibilities as needed
