MDL performs PCR testing with a broad menu of tests in infectious disease and related fields. We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Entry Level Account Manager to join our sales team in Dallas, Texas, to grow and manage a large client base and to act as a liaison between management and customers to resolve issues. Responsibilities include growing client revenues by presenting new test information, upselling, and identifying new revenue opportunities within existing accounts; establishing positive long-term client relationships; educating and training clients, researching problems, and coordinating solutions between the laboratory and clients; working with the Senior Sales Executive and Regional Manager to address client concerns and implement retention strategies; monitoring client satisfaction and recommending corrective actions; staying informed about competitors in the territory; and traveling within the coverage area and nationwide as needed. Qualifications include 1-3 years of customer service experience; fluency in English (Spanish preferred); well-developed multitasking, organizational, and communication skills; and computer proficiency with MS Office, Excel, email, and internet functions.
