Salesforce is seeking an Enterprise Tableau Account Director for State and Local Government to join the Enterprise Business team. The role focuses on selling Tableau and related analytics solutions to local government organizations, primarily in Seattle, WA. You will engage with existing customers and new leads, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level decision makers, and demonstrate the value of Tableau investments within Salesforce. Responsibilities include driving analytics discussions, identifying use cases, developing opportunities through warm leads and whitespace, coordinating internal resources (product support, customer success, and sales engineering) to meet business needs, and managing complex sales cycles to achieve quotas. You will also define territory and account plans and manage a healthy sales pipeline. Requirements include at least 7 years of quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management experience, ideally with large enterprise K-12 accounts; ability to work in a matrixed environment; a results-driven, urgent mindset; strong business and technical acumen; and a solution-selling mentality. Education: Degree or equivalent experience. Preferred: software/SaaS sales experience; familiarity with analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence. This is a hybrid role based in Seattle, United States.
