The role requires onsite attendance at CTC or downtown Harrisburg as needed, and candidates must reside within one hour of Harrisburg. Initial virtual interview, followed by an in-person second round.
Position purpose: Support cloud technology initiatives by coordinating Agile project activities, managing Scrum practices, and facilitating communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Contribute to the successful delivery of cloud-related projects by tracking work progress, maintaining project documentation, supporting requirements analysis, and helping ensure project objectives, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
Description of duties: Supports Agile project management activities for cloud-related initiatives and operational work by coordinating sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement sessions, operational work reviews, and other Agile ceremonies. Monitors sprint and operational progress and assists with tracking work completion, dependencies, service requests, operational priorities, and project milestones using Agile project management and ticketing tools. Identifies and escalates project risks, impediments, blocked work items, operational concerns, and issues that may impact project schedules, cloud services, or deliverables.
