The successful candidate will work as part of a team to plan, set up, and execute EMI/EMC tests at the equipment and subsystem level in accordance with company and customer requirements, configure test setups in EMI chambers and bench environments, and operate measurement equipment including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, RF preamplifiers, LISNs, transient generators, antennas, and more. You will develop and refine EMI/EMC test procedures and reports under guidance from senior engineers, and apply standards such as MIL‑STD‑461 and DO‑160 to support test execution and data review. Analyze test data to identify potential non-conformances, clearly document observations, and support root-cause analysis as part of a cross-functional team. Participate in test readiness and lab readiness activities, support coordination with internal and external test facilities, and maintain accurate, configuration-controlled test documentation, including logs, screenshots, and formal reports for customer and internal reviews.
