DSG is seeking an Electrical Outside Sales Account Manager for the Bismarck and Dickinson, North Dakota area to actively promote DSG products and services to contractors and industrial accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with customers, partners, and communities. This on-site role travels up to 125 miles from the branch to establish and maintain accounts, collaborates with Inside Sales to improve satisfaction and territory growth, identifies and develops new opportunities, promotes new products and marketing programs, and coordinates with the Branch Manager and Purchasing Agents on product demands and order changes. The successful candidate will manage the customer ordering process, respond to inquiries, and facilitate returns where needed. Qualifications include a high school diploma (postsecondary degree preferred), a valid driver's license and clean driving record, 3–5 years of sales experience, and 2+ years of college/technical training or equivalent field experience in residential/commercial electrical applications; strong sales skills and organizational abilities; knowledge of electrical software and DSG Web Commerce; excellent time management and attention to detail.
