ERock, a leader in distributed energy and smart-grid solutions, is seeking a Document Controller in Houston, Texas (hybrid) to manage the intake, control, distribution, and archival of project documentation across EPC projects. The role maintains document control systems to ensure current, approved documents are available to engineering, construction, and project management teams; enforces version control, naming conventions, and document workflows; tracks document status, revisions, approvals, and transmittals; coordinates document exchanges with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders; supports engineering deliverables, construction readiness, and project closeout packages; identifies risks related to missing or late documentation and escalates appropriately. Requirements include 2 to 4 years of document control or project coordination experience; a high school diploma is required with associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and document management systems; experience with EPC, construction, or engineering project support; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; clear communication, accountability, and time management; EPC or industrial project experience preferred. The position offers a hybrid work schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.
