About the role

Distributor Sales Representative is sought to join our sales team. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices, and procedures.

Schedule: Sunday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. This is a salaried position; schedule may change due to business demands.

Compensation: 60,000–80,000 USD per year, based on experience.

Responsibilities

Acquire new customers and deepen penetration of existing accounts.
Achieve individual sales and gross profit budgets and other KPIs.
Attend and participate in all Nicholas and Company sales and training meetings.
Regularly visit prospective customers, understanding buying influences and solution fit.
Understand and apply Nicholas and Company’s compensation programs and credit terms.
Complete Nicholas and Company DSR training program and certifications within timelines.
Leverage our CRM (Zoho) for sales planning, prospecting, and daily customer engagement.
Meet or exceed 90-day, 6-month, and 12-month sales milestones as directed by the District Sales Manager.
Complete initiatives and projects as assigned by District Sales Manager and other team leaders.
Grow, manage, and identify prospective customers while supporting existing clients with information about Nicholas and Company products and services.

Requirements

Associate degree or equivalent related job experience.
Experience using CRMs.
Prior experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
