The Wilmington Trust Institutional Services division is undergoing a strategic digital transformation to grow revenue through digital-first trust and agency products, shift to a client-centric operating model, and deliver global solutions while lowering the cost to serve. We are seeking a Digital Product Analyst to support the evolution of our Mergers & Acquisitions deal administration capabilities within the IS suite. The successful candidate will help shape IS’s M&A capabilities and contribute to one of the division's fastest-growing business segments by supporting product vision and roadmap execution, backlog hygiene, requirements documentation, and measurement of enhancement outcomes across client- and employee-facing solutions. The role requires comfort with complexity, structured discovery, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver clear, comprehensive artifacts in collaboration with stakeholders. Responsibilities include: collaborating with senior product owners and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into digital workflows and data requirements; documenting current and future-state processes; defining data requirements, business logic, and traceability to source systems; translating business needs and priorities into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, data requirements, and decision logic; supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning, feature decomposition, and delivery readiness; defining acceptance criteria, test scenarios, data needs, and evidence requirements for functional, regression, integration, and use
